The service

Mindzook provides free mini games and browser tools. The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep everything accurate and working, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

Entertainment and information only

• Fun tools (lucky wheels, name pickers, novelty calculators and similar) are for entertainment only. Results are random or illustrative and must not be treated as predictions, odds or advice of any kind.
• Health and fitness calculators provide general estimates for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional consultation with a doctor or qualified health provider.
• Size charts are general references. Sizing varies by brand and garment — always check the seller's own size guide before buying.

Acceptable use

You may use Mindzook freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the leaderboards or comments, please:

• Do not submit scores or comments generated by scripts or automated tools.
• Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing or spam content.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe or break the site or its APIs.
• Do not impersonate other people — pick a nickname you are comfortable owning.

We may remove any submission and may apply rate limits or blocks to protect the service.

Your content

You keep the rights to the text you submit (nicknames, comments, scores). By submitting it you grant us permission to display it on the site. You can ask us to remove your submissions at any time — see the Contact page.

Our content

The Mindzook name, logo, page designs, games, tools and written content are our original work and may not be copied or redistributed wholesale without permission. You are welcome to link to any page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindzook and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on tool outputs (see the disclaimers above).

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
